In essence, Candybird's Cutpeel is candied lemon and orange peel, basically citrus rind soaked in syrup. It is commonly used in baked goods, such as fruitcakes, traditional puddings, and mince pies. Add cutpeel to your regular bakers mix for an exotic addition to a fruit or picnic cake.
